1-Excavation is done in lime stone quarry area by using special drills into different depths according to the needed hieght, from three to more than twenty meter then the holes filled with explosive material for blasting.____________________________________________
2-After blasting lime stone, the blasted material loaded by Dump trucks and transported to the crusher to be crushed from Max. size 1200 millimeres to not more than 100 millimetres size.___________________________________________________________________
3-After crushing the material is transported throught belt conveyors to the Raw material stores. Then different raw materials like limestone, desert clay and Nile clay are fed with a specified ratio into the Raw mill. In Raw Mill the material is grinded and the product become in powder form.The  powder called raw meal.This powder shall be stored in Raw meal silo, where it is throughly agittated by air to ensure the consistency of the raw meal. Before feeding into the Kiln the rawmeal samples are checked by the laboritory and Quality control department. The laboratory is equipped with the lateset equipment and modren techniques, by experienced personnel. A vigillent check and no compromise policy on quality, makes us distigueshed from others.  __________________________________________________
4-Entering the powder (Raw meal) into the Kiln where it goes through a complicated process, it burns at 1400 degree centigrade, resulting in a production of  nodular solid,  dark grey material which is called Clinker.________________________________________________
5-After cooling the clinker it is tranported to the Clinker silos. Then under these silos the Clinker is extracted and transported to the Cement mill feed bins. Then Clinker is fed to the cement mill by adding max. 5% of Gypsum, according to physical and chemical analysis then the mixture is grinded in cement mills the end product is CEMENT which shall be produced according to international  atandards and specifications.The quality of produced cement shall be verified in quality assurance laboratories.  Then it packed and despatched to the consumer at packing plant through rotay packer machines. _________________________
